I go into the newsagent's this morning to see Bowie's face plastered over every front page including The Daily Telegraph using the Aladdin Sane image...................bollocks!
then on the BBC TV special last night Lauren Laverne saying 'he told us how to live' or words to that effect....
SHUT THE FUCK UP!
so blowin' the blues away not in the usual fashion, i.e. with Horace Silver
but Last Exit instead.
reckoning the collective force of
Bill Laswell, Peter Brötzmann, Ronald Shannon Jackson, Sonny Sharrock
will banish the bad brain state (mine & theirs) induced by Bowie's demise
