Christian Marclay's Surround Sounds at White Cube gallery...highlight of the whole exhibition...which included a record pressing plant to show the kids ye olde machinery that used to make the music grandma loved so much (ignoring the fact that vinyl is currently de rigueur again, apparently)...and Mica Levi played a new piece which continued the building-tension-but-with-restraint-type sound of her Under The Skin soundtrack (think shimmering string minimalism)...no sound accompanied this Marclay piece...
...also Pub Crawl...footage of bottles and other debris found on the street since Christian became fascinated by our wonderful tradition of late-night obliteration via alcohol consumption...footage running along the bottom of the wall so we could integrate our shadows with the art...
